Terms of service

These terms apply to gyms that use Box HQ, the gym-management platform at box-hq.com and app.box-hq.com, and to the payments made for it. Box HQ is provided by Veljko Vulovic, Montenegro ("Box HQ", "we").
The service
Box HQ gives a gym a web app for running memberships, classes, attendance and payments, a member app published under the gym's own brand, and support. What each gym receives is agreed with that gym.
Fees
Box HQ costs the monthly fee per gym shown on our pricing page: a founding price for the first gyms, kept for as long as the gym stays, and after that a price set by the gym's number of members with an active membership. A gym may pay for 3 or 6 months at once, at the discount shown on the pricing page. A different monthly fee may be agreed in writing with a gym, for example a discount for an early partner; the amount due is always shown before you pay. Special offers — the 2-month free trial, the new-gym discount and the referral reward — work as described on the pricing page. Prices include any tax that applies. Building and publishing a gym's branded app is a separate one-off fee, agreed in advance.
Payment
Payments are made by bank transfer to Box HQ. Each payment covers 1, 3 or 6 months at the price shown on the pricing page, and nothing is charged automatically.
Ending the service
The service runs month to month, or for the 3 or 6 months paid ahead; a prepaid period runs to its end. A gym can stop using Box HQ at the end of any paid period by telling us; nothing renews or charges on its own. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Your gym's data
Your gym's data, including its members' details, belongs to the gym. Box HQ uses it only to provide the service, keeps it secure, and returns or deletes it on request when a gym leaves.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Box HQ available and correct, but provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, our liability for any month is limited to the fee paid for that month.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro.
